How many rooms do you have?

We have seven rooms available for hire. Four of them can be booked/reserved and paid for online. We hire rooms for: training, meetings and/or seminars. We have a dedicated computer room and can also make computers available in other rooms, if required. We have a larger room that is used for conferences, seminars and is suitable for network meetings due to its size.

Our entire first floor can be hired which also includes the downstairs 'hang out'. Click here to view our space.

What are your opening hours?

Our standard hours of business allow the training rooms to be accessible from 08:30 till 17:30, Monday to Friday. Our rooms are available for hire any day of the week and many can be hired by the hour, per half day or  the entire day. Standard hire is 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. You can hire in the evening Mon-Fri and also you can hire at the weekend in half day intervals. Click here to view our space.

Do you provide Refreshments?

Yes, there is a ground floor cafe which provides hot and cold food and drink.  We also have a first floor refreshments bar, you pay for per head and is available throughout the day with free refills. Hire includes a free arrival drink (tea/coffee/water).

Is there much local accommodation?

Yes, there are several local establishments including; hotels, bed & breakfasts and also a Travelodge.

Do you allow software installation?

Yes, although please confirm with us that we accept your particular software being installed. Also, for a technician charge we can install your software for you to save the headache.

Can we leave our software on your computers between bookings?

Yes, although please confirm with us. Please bear in mind that our computers may be used by other events during the time your software is 'left on' our computers.

What computer operating system do you use?

Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 can be arranged. Microsoft Windows XP is the standard Operating System on the I.T. Suite computers and Microsoft Windows 7 on the laptops.

What version of Microsoft Office do you  have?

We hire the rooms with Microsoft Office 2007 as standard. We can arrange for: Microsoft Office 2000, 2003 and 2010. If you require an alternate version, please contact us.

Do you have Microsoft Access installed on your computer?

Yes at no extra charge.

Do you have Microsoft Project installed on your computer?

Yes, though this is not standard. There is an additional charge of £25 per day not per PC.

Do you have Microsoft Outlook Exchange Server set up for email training?

Yes though this is not standard. There is an additional charge of £40 per day.

What type of discounts do you offer?

Please contact us for up to date discounted offers.

Do you accept payments by card?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards. You can purchase via the Online Bookings system, or alternatively, please contact us and we can accept over the phone.

Where can I park?

We have on site parking which is free of charge. Also we have road side parking around the location. You park at your own risk as we do not take responsbility for vehicles or belongings.
